FAQs

  • First Assembly of God exists to evangelize the lost, worship God, disciple believers, and show compassion to the world. As far as our church network goes, First Assembly is an Assemblies of God church.

  • First Assembly is a church for everyone. Wear what makes you comfortable.

  • When you arrive, feel free to find a place around the building for easy access to the front door. After you park, you will get a warm welcome from our host team as you are guided into the church. If you have kids, you can go to the Kids Check-in Desk and check them into YoungLife kids where they will have an engaging time worshiping, learning, and growing in their faith. Not sure where to sit? One of our hosts will be happy to find you a spot.

  • A typical service on Sunday morning at First Assembly consists of worship by our live worship team followed by a message from one of our pastors. During these services, we are sure that you’ll have an encounter with God and get a chance to step away from the worry and stress that we all experience in life. We are intentional about allowing the Holy Spirit to move during the service, often being witnessed through the gifts of the Spirit. Need prayer? There will be an opportunity or two during the service for you to talk to one of our prayer team. The entire service typically lasts about an hour and thirty minutes.

  • First Assembly is very focused on community and belonging. That is why we have a lot of simple ways for you to find your place. You can join a community group (offered seasonally), get plugged into our discipleship ministries, begin serving in one of our ministries, or join us for The Next Steps Class. In The Next Steps Class you will learn more about First Assembly and what it means for you to take the next step in your walk with the Lord.

  • We love kids and we want them to love the church. We don’t exist to babysit, we exist to help kids make lifelong friendships and fall in love with God and His Word. We have safe, exciting environments for your kids from infants all the way up through elementary. One way we keep your kids safe and secure is through our quick and easy check-in system, available at the entrance to the student ministries wing. Thank you for trusting us with your kids.

  • Services are Sunday mornings at 10:30 am, Sunday evenings at 5 pm, and Wednesday evenings at 7 pm.
